Electricity suppliers are naturally very important to many electric car owners and while price is the key consideration, renewable energy is a significant factor for a lot of owners.
Owner Ratings
Based on the 5-bolt rating system from over 2,500 Top 5 EV Surveys received up to and including 30th September, Electric Road has extracted the top 5 highest-rated electricity suppliers. Within the review forms, all owners have to provide a bolt rating out of 5 on their current supplier & tariff. We’ve then worked out the average rating for each supplier.
We hope this summary of EV owners’ opinions will help you make the right decision when the time comes to consider a new electricity supplier. The ‘Top 5 Electricity Suppliers’ will be updated each quarter ensuring you have the latest owner feedback from the Electric Road.

Following the recent government announcement relating to the energy price cap from October, we’ve repriced some of our GoElectric tariffs, which take effect from 1st October 2022.
If you’re on a GoElectric tariff, please view our new prices.
This means that until further notice we’re unable to offer a quote to any new customers wishing to join our GoElectric tariff.
