G Smith drives a BMW i3S 94Ah 33kWh 2018.
This is G Smith’s second electric car, he’s owned the BMW i3S 1-2 years and drives 10,000-15,000 miles annually. The current mileage of the car is between 60,000-70,000 miles and he achieves 120 miles from a full charge.
Why did you choose the BMW i3S?
I like the looks and the future concept idea behind it. I also like the interesting use of alternative materials that went into producing it, like Kenaf.

The acceleration, it’s not highly powered but relatively lightweight.

Huge jump in price recently is a negative, they have agreed a loyalty discount when I threatened to leave, positives is the MultiCar feature which keeps the overall cost down.
