This is Gary’s first electric car, he’s owned the Tesla Model 3 1-2 years and drives 20,000-30,000 miles annually. The current mileage of the car is between 40,000-50,000 miles and he achieves 200 miles from a full charge.

 

Why did you choose the Tesla Model 3?

It is THE electric car. Very efficient, great tech and the Supercharger network is awesome.

Nothing negative, positives are that it’s cheap and so easy to use.

 

Electricity supplier & tariff – outline both positive & negative elements 

Octopus Go – only negative is the low rate is only for 4 hours.

 

What public charging networks would you recommend to others and why?

Tesla – it’s awesome!

 

Insurer – outline both positive & negative elements 

Churchill – the positive is the price & the negative is the high excess.

I save about £400 per month. It costs 1.5p per mile to drive and there are no maintenance costs.
