This is Born Again’s second electric car, they’ve owned the CUPRA Born from new and drive 5,000-10,000 miles annually. The current mileage of the car is between 0-500 miles and they achieve 230 miles from a full charge.

- Position of D/N/R control is hidden behind the steering wheel
- position of USB ports in centre console not near the front dashboard making wiring of the dash cam difficult
- central info screen possibly too large.

What are the standout technological features of the car?
Improved information controls compared to similar vehicles. Have not noticed any lag in the 2025 controls that have been reported in previous builds.

The hidden well under the boot floor for storage was a pleasant surprise and the central storage/drink holder is well-designed.
What’s the biggest or funniest myth you’ve heard about EVs?
That EVs are worse for the environment than petrol vehicles.

N/A, only just changed from an MG4.

I only drive 6,000 miles per year and 95% of charging is from the home charging unit, so I save about £650 on diesel and £200 on service costs and road tax.
