Reputation’s 2022 Automotive Reputation Report highlights the top OEM brands in Europe by assigning a Reputation Score based on feedback from 20,000 consumers across the continent. This metric has proved increasingly vital for the automotive industry, with the report revealing which automotive brands and dealerships lead the pack. This includes key dimensions of the car buying experience, highlighting the importance of customer feedback from acquisition to loyalty.

“People are at the core of every business, enhancing the entire sales process from lead generation to customer advocacy. In a climate of uncertainty, brands like Kia stand out for prioritising customer interactions. This has paid off, with Kia UK setting itself apart from its competition with its high score in the 2022 Automotive Reputation Report. This is an outstanding achievement and is proof of Kia’s long-standing commitment to its customers. We are proud to partner with them and look forward to seeing what they accomplish in the future,” said Anthony Gaskell, Managing Director – EMEA at Reputation.

Simon Hetherington, Commercial Director at Kia UK Limited, added: “This is excellent news for both Kia and our nationwide dealer partners, who constantly strive for the best customer satisfaction above all else. This past year has brought us unprecedented challenges, and we have progressed through these issues together, maintaining our high standards, which makes this recognition even more special.

“In addition, we initiated a large-scale brand transformation and introduced several all-new and award-winning models, such as the all-new Sportage and Niro families. These corporate landmarks would mean so much less without the considerable efforts our dealer partners put into ensuring customers are front and centre of their business, and this latest recognition from Reputation proves this.”
