What was your dealership experience like?
After initial disappointment at the Northampton dealer, they went out of their way to make good the poor experience received elsewhere.

Rate your dealership experience out of 5.

What were your first impressions of the car?
Looks good on the outside but otherwise underwhelming. The screens were laggy and felt a bit ‘old hat’ despite the fact the car has just been launched. There was an annoying lag between throttle and acceleration and the user interface was not particularly intuitive. Some nice features such as the blind spot cameras. Some of the plastics looked and felt cheap.

  • Styling
  • level of ‘kit’
  • nothing else.

Negatives – List 3 or more things you didn’t like about the car.

  • Laggy throttle
  • laggy screens
  • cheap plastics
  • supply issues put me off as did the widely reported ‘heater-gate’ with a large number of vehicles plagued by non-functioning heating and various software issues.
