- The Follow-up Survey Prize Draw is run by ABACUS Performance Media Limited (the Promoter).
- Respondents must be 17 years old or over on the date of entry and resident in the UK.
Respondents will be entered into a ballot where ten winners will be randomly drawn.
Ten new winners will be drawn randomly at the end of every calendar quarter throughout the year using survey data from the previous quarter.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
- The Follow-up Survey Prize Draw is non-negotiable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
- Respondents will be notified by e-mail and the Follow-up Survey Prize Draw gift will be delivered by registered post.
- The Follow-up Survey Prize is a £25 Amazon Gift Voucher (one per claimant).
- Respondents will be required to submit a full and valid Follow-up Survey to be eligible for the prize.
- By submitting a Follow-up Survey, respondents agree to these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a respondent will void their entry.
- By submitting their survey to the Promoter, the respondent agrees for their details to be shared with agencies of the car manufacturer stated in the Survey.
- Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Follow-up Survey Prize Draw at any time during the period without prior notice. Any changes will be posted online at electricroad.co.uk and www.carfinder-services.co.uk
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Follow-up Survey Prize Draw, the final decision of the Promoter shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Follow-up Survey Prize Draw or accepting any prize. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to, entries or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside its control, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or the downloading of any materials in connection with the Free Draw.
