The Promoter: The Free Prize Draw is run by ABACUS Performance Media Limited, Peverel Drive, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 4PS. Registered Company Number – 13693616.
Eligibility: The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
The Draw Period: The draw runs from 00:01 on 1st March 2026 to 23:59 on 30th April 2026 inclusive. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
Entry: To be entered, entrants must complete a poll, quiz or survey via Electric Road, Car Finder, or Van Finder. Entrants can only enter once; multiple entries will be voided. No purchase is necessary.
The Prize: The prize is one 1 x Apple iPad (11-inch, A16 chip, 128GB WiFi). The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using random generator software within 5 working days of the closing date.
Notification: The winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification within 7 days. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, the prize will be forfeited and a backup winner will be chosen.
Delivery: The prize will be delivered by registered post to a UK address within 28 days of the winner claiming the prize.
Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and residency before awarding the prize.
Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (See Privacy Policy).
Winner Details: The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The surname and county of the winner will be available to anyone who e-mails info@electricroad.co.uk within one month of the closing date, unless the winner objects.
Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
General: The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. These terms are governed by English law.
