Public charging review: Kia Soul EV 2018, Derek

Derek runs a Kia Soul EV 30kWh 2018.

What do you think of the UK public charging network in general?

The infrastructure just isn’t good enough e.g. rapid chargers with two parking bays but only one car can charge at a time,  what’s that all about?! When chargers go faulty for whatever reason they take months to be repaired not days like it should be. All chargers should accept card payments and not done through apps. I’ve had instances where I’ve had no phone signal next to a charger so I’m not able to operate the charger!
