Public charging review: Skoda ENYAQ, Dick Sloan

Public charging review: Skoda ENYAQ, Dick Sloan

Dick Sloan runs a Skoda ENYAQ electric car.

What do you think of the UK public charging network in general?

Is anybody in overall command of the network? It seems a ‘higgledy-piggledy’ mess. After a trip from York last year finding 5 broken chargers in a row (none highlighted on Zap-Map), this week we found 7 out of 9 chargers in Norwich unusable! Even on the way home at Scotch Corner the service was poor. Simply not good enough at the now much higher prices.

What and where are your favourite UK charger locations?

None. Like most folk I charge at home where possible.
