What and where are your favourite UK public chargers?
Any charger where you can just swipe a credit card to receive a charge.

What’s been your best experience with a UK public charger?
This can vary according to where I am and what I am doing at the time. Free ones are always good at shopping centres, etc. Rapid chargers are good at motorway services. Never had a problem with Instavolt, always simple to use. Gridserve is also easy to use but often out of order.

What’s been your worst experience with a UK public charger?
For bp pulse you need the app and membership to use it but it says on the website you can use it as a guest but this seems impossible. GeniePoint has a sign next to their charger in Totnes saying 2 hours max. stay whilst charging only. then you are sent an overstay charge for being there for over 90 minutes??

What’s got to change about public charging in the UK to get more people driving EVs?

More charging points and to get rid of memberships and apps.
