What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Pod Point 7kW home charger. It has remote management via home network and uses the same account & stats reporting for Pod Point public charging. Manufacturer/service provider can connect and diagnose/remedy problems remotely. Very good indeed.

Octopus Energy – low rate night charging facility.

What public charging networks would you recommend to others and why?
GeniePoint because they always seem to be available and working at Morrisons Supermarkets. Pod Point public chargers because they seem to be the preferred service provider for shopping centres and they work on the very same account as my home charging.

Who do you insure your EV with? Would you recommend them to others and why?
LV insurance because they offer an EV-specific policy with recovery options. They are proper insurance company who actually answer the phone when required. Well worth the extra money.
