Why did you choose this car?
One of the most efficient cars available and to reduce my carbon footprint.

Positives – List 3 or more reasons why you love this car?

  • Efficiency (low running costs)
  • Onboard technology
  • Zero emissions.

Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this car?

  • No place for our existing bike rack (rear spoiler)
  • Initial cost
  • No rear seat heating.

Surprise us! Tell us something surprising about this car?
A very nippy car out of junctions from a standing start.

What car are you interested in next and why?
IONIQ 5 because of the faster charging speed.

What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
No home charger (terrace house with no off street parking) so I only use public charging units. I charge just once a week in a public car park whilst at work. More than adequate for my needs.

What home electricity supplier & tariff do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Octopus – yes a great energy company.

What public charging networks do you use? Would you recommend them to others and why?
Up until recently most D2N2 (ChargeYourCar) I had no major problems where I lived and worked. IONITY was good and reliable when we did a long range trip on the motorway. Pod Point always seem to be reliable whenever I’ve used them.

Who do you insure your EV with? Would you recommend them to others and why?
LV – I would recommend them as they guarantee an EV courtesy car.
