What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
I have a Chargemaster – it’s great but it is 3 years old and I don’t think the company is the same anymore. I’d like an Andersen as they look beautiful.
What home electricity supplier & tariff do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
I’m on the E.ON green tariff. I work from home so a cheap night rate doesn’t work for me, a flat rate is more cost effective.
What public charging networks do you use? Would you recommend them to others and why?
Instavolt is easy to use and reasonably priced. I used to recommend Polar but since BP took over they have become unreliable. The new Shell rapids are pretty good but expensive.
Who do you insure your EV with? Would you recommend them to others and why?
Admiral offered good cover for a competitive price but I just went to a price comparison site because I like meerkats 🤣
