This is richyp’s first electric car, he’s owned the Zoe from new and drives between 5,000-10,000 miles annually. The current mileage of the car is between 1,000-5,000 miles and he achieves 200 miles range from a full charge.

Why did you choose the Renault Zoe?

I wanted a small city car which would accommodate a full week’s shopping in the boot and was easy for my disabled mother to get in and out of. The Renault Zoe was the only model to fulfil my needs.

Granny cable – yes I would recommend as trickle charging is better for the battery.
