List 3 or more points that you don’t like about the charging unit.

I do not have any dislikes about it.

Outline any faults you have experienced with the unit.

Disconnected from app once but the excellent help team put that right straight away.

Tell us about your home charging routine.

I am retired and have another vehicle so mileage is about 100 per week, mainly short trips around home. I rarely charge it more than twice a week and have solar panels and storage batteries so work with those.

If you were buying a new charging unit now, what would you buy and why?

Obviously the HYPERVOLT from my own experience but a higher charge rate if I could afford it.

Tell us about your electricity provider and tariff. Would you recommend them?

We are with E.ON and just came off a 2 year deal just as the fuel prices exploded and are now on the variable. Will look again when all settles down.

Are you part of a charger-sharing scheme for those who don’t have their own charger?

No.
