Why did you choose this car?
It was what the VW dealer had on order at the time we changed our car. Did research it, looked at the Ford Mustang Mach-E (wait time too long) and the Toyota RAV PHEV (over priced for what it is).

Having moved from a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, as the ID.4 was built as an EV it feels larger than it is. Bigger in the inside than the outside space suggests.
What car are you interested in next and why?,
ID.4 GTX – 4-wheel drive version but not for couple of years.
What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Rolec 7kW untethered – make not important, research what you want but do suggest going for untethered to future-proof yourself.
What home electricity supplier & tariff do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Scottish Power – best deal at the time, fixed rate ~15p/kWh.
What public charging networks do you use? Would you recommend them to others and why?
ChargeYourCar – covers all of Scotland & the UK. This model has various providers but one service company contracted for app and payment.
Who do you insure your EV with? Would you recommend them to others and why?
AA – best value at the time.
