Why did you choose this car?
I wanted a slightly larger electric car to the one I already have and I wanted to go fully electric (we now own 2 electric cars).

- Ford customer service is shocking
- So far I have only had my own actual car with me for a week as there have been so many problems with it
- The winter range is pathetic.
Surprise us! Tell us something surprising about this car?
The centre console buzzes and gives me a headache. The key is a Ford key, not a Mustang key. The key for the airbag has been taken out of the fob and is a metal strip on its own. The fan doesn’t work for heating the car at the same time as demisting the windscreen. There are problems with the opening (unlocking) of some doors when approaching the car with the (Ford) fob.
What car are you interested in next and why?
Kia EV6 – I believe Kia customer service is a lot better than Ford. I will never buy from Ford again.
