This is Peter’s first electric car, he’s owned the EV6 from new and drives 5,000-10,000 miles annually. The current mileage of the car is between 1,000-5,000 miles and he achieves 300 miles range from a full charge.

Software problems – been back to the dealer 3 times for updates, problems appear to have been solved.

None, only recently purchased the EV6 and I would expect the technology will have changed significantly before I think about replacement.

Using So Energy (all green) – standard tariff but no offer of tariff suitable for electric cars i.e. lower off-peak rates.
What public charging networks would you recommend to others and why?
IONITY for speed, had a problem with Gridserve with cable refusing to detach but successful charging at other times.

Direct Line – cheaper than insuring my diesel Jag XF and great service when I had a minor knock.
