Why did you choose this electric car?

I was due to change my ICE car last year but wanted to consider an electric car. I’ve driven Skodas for 20 years and my search (in late 2020) coincided with Skoda’s announcement of the ENYAQ, coming in Spring 2021. Size, functionality and cost all played a part in my decision.

Positives – List 3 or more reasons why you love this electric car.

  • Spacious
  • easy to drive
  • very comfortable
  • versatile.

Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this electric car.

Nothing much that I don’t like, some aspects of the touchscreen controls have been a wee bit glitchy at times.

Have you experienced any faults with the car? If so, what have they been?

I’ve had no mechanical ‘faults’ since new. However, I did pay extra for heated windscreen and heated seats. The seats in the rear don’t heat and Skoda has, at the moment, no ‘fix’ for this.

What are the standout tech features of your ENYAQ?

I’ve not driven any other electric vehicle for any length of time, so don’t have much to compare it with. Compared to any ICE car I’ve driven, this is so easy to drive. The engine is responsive and quiet.
