Why did you choose this electric car?

It has a super-fast charging speed, great range, loads of space and looks good.

Heating/cooling – fixed under warranty.

 

What are the standout tech features of the car?

240kW charge speed, very good range on the motorway and auto-driving on motorway (adaptive cruise, steering, adaptive speed limit).

It is close to self-driving on a quiet motorway, e.g. auto steer, auto speed limit, auto cruise control.

 

What electric car are you interested in next and why?

Nothing for a while – would look at VW to allow V2H charging.

zappi – great app, able to charge from solar or schedule on a cheap overnight rate.

Octopus Go – yes, perfect for EV cheap 4hr overnight rate.

What public charging networks would you recommend to others and why?

I get a discount with IONITY for their HPC chargers – they work very well but are limited in the UK; have used Shell, MFC and Instavolt fast chargers which have worked well at 100kW+.
