List 3 or more points that you don’t like about the charging unit.

Nothing to date.

Outline any faults you have experienced with the unit.

No faults whatsoever.

Tell us about your home charging routine.

Charge up to three times a week delivering 300 to 650 miles. I always charge overnight as I can set a delayed time to start charge from my Citroen app.

If you were buying a new charging unit now, what would you buy and why?

I would buy the same unit again as I just like the ease of use. I also like that I can lock the unit so no one else can use it when I’m away from the property.

Tell us about your electricity provider and tariff. Would you recommend them?

I use Shell and happy with their charges which are shown on the Pod Point app. I would leave it up to the individual due to what’s currently happening with electric charges, costs are around £6.00 per half battery top-up.

Are you part of a charger-sharing scheme for those who don’t have their own charger?

No.
