Why did you choose this car?
I’ve got the vehicle on short-term rental from Onto. Originally ordered a Citroen E-C4 but they upgraded to the Peugeot. I installed EV charge points so thought I’d give the EV world a try.
Positives – List 3 or more reasons why you love this car.
- The look of the car
- the comfort and the interior are all quite good.
Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this car.
- The range is poor
- tech doesn’t work particularly well compared to other vehicles I’ve owned
- small onboard charger.
Have you experienced any faults with the car? If so, what have they been?
The blind spot indicators are a bit hit and miss.
What are the standout tech features of the car?
The remote facilities through the app are good, warm up is really handy although slaughters the range. Sound system is pretty good and DAB works well.

It’s an EV, it looks just like a normal car, they haven’t tried to make it look all futuristic.

Renault Zoe due to faster charging and hopefully range.

We have a Rolec 22kW adjacent to our house, works faultlessly but the e-2008 will only charge at 7kW.

Instavolt has been really good, other than that everywhere I’ve been they have been in use so haven’t got to try any.
