Honda Owners Poll Sept 2025: Latest findings

Here are the first results from our Honda Owners Poll!

These findings are based on submissions received from the 22nd July to 16th September 2025.

The Honda Owners Poll was communicated to Electric Road’s database and social media audiences. The total submission base at the time of publishing was 1,403.

Which Honda do you own?

No surprises that the three most popular models are Civic, CR-V & Jazz given they have been in production for many years! Honda’s focus on hybrid engines is plain to see but it’s great to see Honda e & e:Ny1 owners! We love a Honda e, an EV classic already?

Overall Rating

Over 78% of Honda owners rate their car as ‘Excellent’, making a convincing case for all car buyers and it helps broadly explain why so many Honda owners keep buying Honda again & again.

What do you really like about your Honda?

Are we surprised that ‘Reliability’ tops the reasons owners love their Hondas?! Given their great hybrid engines, it’s also no surprise that ‘Fuel efficiency’ is second but really encouraging for potential buyers to see that ‘Comfort & refinement’ is the third most popular answer, given perhaps that’s a less immediate perception of Honda.

What do you really dislike about your Honda?

Firstly, it’s very telling that there are much fewer responses to this question than the one above. For this question and the one above, respondents could select as many answers as they wanted to. We must further investigate why owners have selected ‘Other’ though. Is that the same answer for many or lots of different reasons?
