Personal car leasing company Car Lease Special Offers has unveiled its new Xciting rebrand.
The company, which sits under the Wessex Fleet Group, has announced its rebrand to Xcite Car Leasing.
Launching this month (Sept 2023), after a year-long venture, the new look and feel is aimed at adding a fun spin back into car leasing for new and existing customers.
Will Bullen, Marketing Manager at Xcite Car Leasing, explains: “The main motivation for our rebrand was for our customers. We want our customers to really feel the excitement of ordering and receiving a brand-new car, and so it made sense to look at refreshing the website with a new feel, simplifying the process and ensuring our customers get the very best.”
The rebrand comes after a challenging few years in the leasing industry. The Salisbury-owned company has completely changed their branding, website and created a new tone of voice with the hopes of creating a new Xciting experience when it comes to leasing a car. While existing customers will notice a change straightaway to branding and the website, no further disruptions will be seen, giving a smooth transition over to the new name.
Spencer Blake, Director at Xcite Car Leasing, added: “We have operated under Car Lease Special Offers for over seven years now, so it was not an easy decision to make. The team has worked incredibly hard to ensure the transition from the old to the new brand will be seamless. We believe that this will be a positive change for all our customers, both existing and new.
“The Wessex Fleet name will remain as our corporate brand, offering businesses a fully outsourced fleet management provision including supply, maintenance, rental and salary sacrifice. Xcite will be our retail brand supporting private customers and small businesses to find a vehicle and finance product that matches their needs. We very much see the two brands working hand in hand, allowing us to offer a wider range of products and services to our entire customer base.”
Xcite Car Leasing will replace Car Lease Special Offers with immediate effect, but the rebrand builds on almost 20 years of industry experience. Founded in 2004 by directors Tim McNally, Simon Naylor and Spencer Blake, Wessex Fleet Group has seen a huge amount of growth in recent years and partnered with many established car manufacturers, while also strengthening their internal teams.
Speaking of the change, Spencer is really looking forward to the future of the Wessex and Xcite brands: “We see this as a fantastic and encouraging time for our business.
