The Volkswagen Live Tour has added the new ID.3

Volkswagen has added the new ID.3 and to its Live Tour service.

The Volkswagen Live Tour takes the showroom experience to people’s living rooms.

It offers the chance for an in-depth look at a selection of models, guided by experts using live chat or an optional video tour, all carried out in real time.

The selection of cars included in the Live Tour is updated every few months and the latest rotation includes the new Volkswagen ID.3. It gives people an easy way to see and learn about all the changes and upgrades introduced since the first ID.3 was launched in the UK in 2020.

Other models currently available include the Volkswagen ID.4 GTX, Golf R-line, T-Roc R and the Tiguan R-line.

A selection of props is available to show what can fit in different models, including golf clubs, suitcases, pushchairs and even stuffed dogs in different sizes. After all, “can my dog fit in the rear?” is a question people often ask during a Live Tour.

Another innovation is ‘owner consultations’, essentially a second handover for car buyers. It gives customers the perfect opportunity to ask questions they may have forgotten or were too embarrassed to ask, during the excitement of collecting their new cars.
