What was your dealership experience like?
Our initial plan was to test drive at Guildford but they called to say that they could not fit us in anymore. We called Think Ford Wokingham and they were so disappointed to hear we were let down by Guildford he said we could drive one of theirs that day. They were busy but they were still extremely polite even if they couldn’t spare us a lot of time.
What were your first impressions of the Mustang Mach-E?
I knew I would like it but I thought my wife wouldn’t. When she saw the car in the flesh her mind was rather swiftly changed. She said she was not expecting to like it as much as she did. The test drive only improved things and the one pedal drive feature is mint!
Positives – List 3 or more things you liked about the electric car.
- The user interface with the car is so much better than any of the others that we tested. A very logical layout and not excessively complicated.
- The appearance is second to none. We have not found a better looking all electric vehicle.
- The interior (with the panoramic roof option) was a really wonderful place to be. Far better than Fords of old.
Negatives – List 3 or more things you didn’t like about the electric car.
- Minor things like no hooks in the boot or heated seats in the rear that we found on the Skoda Enyaq are some of the only negatives
- The waiting list for the Mach -E is very long but the same can be said for most new cars at the moment.

Yes.
What specification did you go for?
Mach-E GT with the panoramic roof option. Everything else is included in the model variant.
How did you purchase the Mustang Mach-E?
Cash.

6-9 months.
