This is RGBARGEE’s first electric car, he’s owned the Taycan from new and does between 10,000 – 15,000 miles per year. The current mileage is under 1,000 miles and he achieves 210 miles range from a full charge.

Why did you choose the Porsche Taycan?

Tax benefits, cheap to fuel, environmentally friendly and to replace an Audi RS4.

  • The fuel economy is a third of the price of my previous petrol Audi RS4.

 

Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this electric car.

  • The range is lower than I had hoped.

Pod Point – Yes very good.

Full rate because EDF would not let me, as they promised,  go on an EV tariff without losing my beneficial gas tariff.

Porsche – nice people and nice coffee.

esure – I was most disappointed that LV refused to insure my EV, I had been with them forever!!
