List 3 or more points that you don’t like about the charging unit.

  • None really except the app could be better, very basic.

Outline any faults you have experienced with the unit.
None.

Provide your overall rating for the charging unit.

Tell us about your home charging routine.
I probably use the charger about once a week which at 80% gives about 180 miles, this is plenty for a weeks local journeys. If I plan to go further a field I charge to 100% which gives me between 215 and 250 miles.

If you were buying a new charging unit now, what would you buy and why?
I think I would still go for a Pod Point as I have not looked at buying another unit.

Tell us about your electricity provider and tariff. Would you recommend them?
EDF – at this time 18p a kWh normal day rate. I did ask EDF for an off-peak rate but this was far higher than the rate I am paying at the moment. Not the time for changing energy providers at this time.

Are you part of a charger-sharing scheme for those who don’t have their own charger?
No.
