Why did you choose this car?
I had a VW Scirocco from new from 2008 and it was time for a new car. I love new tech so an EV was appealing. I work from home and mainly do short journeys and need boot space for sport and dogs, so the ENYAQ fitted all my requirements. Expensive but I felt it was time to treat myself.

  • Quiet
  • Smooth
  • Refined

  • Handles very well
  • Loads of space
  • Ability to pre-warm and defrost before a journey is a game changer.

Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this car.

  • Range anxiety on any longer journeys
  • Skoda broken promises on spec
  • Not being able to permanently switch off lane assist as do mostly country lane driving and it’s dangerous when it tries to force me back into lane nearly hitting parked cars
