Although Polestar 2 is Chinese built, the build quality is absolutely superb, no issues whatsoever!
What car are you interested in next and why?
Not sure yet, a lot can change in the next 4 years when my lease is up!
What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Pod Point – it came free with my wife’s Audi Q4. Very easy to use. Scheduling is great. Shows you what your charging session has cost.
What home electricity supplier & tariff do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Octopus Go – highly recommended due to the cheap charging tariff at 00:30 to 04:40 (5p/kWh).
What public charging networks do you use? Would you recommend them to others and why?
Only used IONITY as I rarely charge away from home. Very slick experience. No issues, fast charging and cost was not too bad due to a discount offered by Polestar.
Who do you insure your EV with? Would you recommend them to others and why?
LV – great price, EV benefits include free recovery if you run out of power which doesn’t affect your no-claims.
