Why did you choose this car?
My wife had a 2016 Smart and wanted a newer one. Since 2019 Smart has only made electric cars and as she only does short journeys it was ideal.

 

Positives – List 3 or more reasons why you love this car.

  • It handles like a go-cart
  • Is easy to park
  • Great fun to drive.

 

Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this car.

  • Range is limited
  • Heating is useless and takes miles off the range
  • As this is a 2019 year model Apple CarPlay isn’t included.

 

Have you experienced any faults with the car? If so, what have they been?
Apart from a nail that scrapped a rear tyre I’ve had no problems.

 

What are the standout tech features of the car?
The car has a high spec: heated seats, auto lights and wipers and auto emergency braking.

On a 22kw charger you can go from empty to full in 70 mins.

Hughes Insurance because they are local and I’ve been with them for years.
