Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this car.

  • The SEAT Connect App could be better.

Surprise us! Tell us something surprising about this car?
Very well equipped! Heated seats, cruise control, lane keep assist, ambient lighting & heated front windscreen.

What car are you interested in next and why?
As my lease doesn’t end until 2025, I’m not 100% sure yet but probably will look toward Volkswagen’s future budget offering (I.D LIFE concept) or Tesla’s if the price is right.

What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
I use a myenergi zappi – 100% recommend especially if you have a solar installation and want to make use of that energy to charge your car. It’s also really well made and easy to use.

What home electricity supplier & tariff do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
I use Octopus Go for my energy tariff. Would recommend to other EV drivers as the 5p per kWh night tariff means I can charge my car fully for approx. £1.60.

What public charging networks do you use? Would you recommend them to others and why?
I usually rely on Osprey, Gridserve and Instavolt as they generally are the most reliable.

Who do you insure your EV with? Would you recommend them to others and why?
I insure my EV with Hastings Insurance. Haven’t had to deal with them much, touch wood but price is good enough for me.
