It was the right size and within my budget.

  • Quiet
  • Cheap to run
  • No tailpipe emissions.

 

Negatives – List 3 or more things that you really don’t like about this car?

  • Could do with parking beepers
  • Headlights not as bright as they should be
  • Slightly longer range would be great.

The car is very nice, very quick, 80s hot hatch fast. Wonderful to drive!

 

What car are you interested in next and why?
Renault Megane Electric – I like the size shape and the detailing is very good.

 

What home charging unit do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
EO – I picked it because it is quite small so therefore discreet.

 

What home electricity supplier & tariff do you use? Would you recommend it to others and why?
Octopus Go – has a long enough overnight tariff to charge the car enough for what I need.

 

What public charging networks do you use? Would you recommend them to others and why?
There are a few, Osprey chargers are the best technology, Gridserve are really putting in the investment these days and Instavolt are always working.
